Does anyone have any unique ideas for a anniversary celebration?

My mom and dad are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. My sister and I are throwing them a surprise party and we’re renting a banquet room and everything. I’ve thought of an ice sculpture, the cake, music, transportation, food, table decorations, etc… but I want something to make it really unique. Please help me come up with something that will make them smile. (This is for a minister and his wife. They are not squares but no raunchy suggestions please.)
